Online Bill Pay

Dillard’s Federal Credit Union now offers online bill pay!!! So forget the stamps, envelopes, or stressing over the whereabouts of your payments. Online Bill pay is available through our Online Account Access. Our secure site allows you to make a onetime payment, setup recurring payments, transfer funds between accounts for other financial institutions, donate to charities, or even send gift checks.

To enjoy the convenience of online bill pay simply sign into your account at mydfcu.com and select the bill pay tab at the top of your account homepage; this will direct you to our secured site ( some browser security settings will block this page. Just click the word here to access bill pay). Basic information is required to enroll (i.e. name, account number, email). When you enroll, you will be prompted for additional information when you log into Bill Pay. You will periodically received emails notifying you of updates as well as the status of any pending payouts you have authorized.

A toll free number and a live chat link are available from the homepage to those enrolled in bill pay, allowing members to chat online with one of our bill pay specialists.
