We have put a survey link on our homepage for members to complete. Please feel free to give your honest feedback. We will use this information to see what we are doing well and what we need to improve. If you have any suggestions or comments that you would like to make that are not addressed in the survey, please feel free to email me at scott@mydfcu.com.
Our goal is to become the financial institution of choice for the members we serve. As we work toward this goal we will periodically have various surveys asking for your opinions and feedback.
These surveys will be short with 5 or 6 questions and you will be entered to win $100.00.
