Current Administration

Scott Sparks has been President/CEO of DFCU Credit Union since 2006. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a BS in Business Management and a graduate of CUNA Management School at Texas Christian University. Scott grew up in Pocahontas Arkansas, is married to Carole King Sparks from Hot Springs and has two wonderful sons, William and Christopher. They are members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in North little Rock Arkansas. Scott serves as a volunteer in many organiations, and stays busy with his boys after school activities in sports and Boy Scouts. Scott has 15 years experience in the financial services industry including 7 years in the Credit Union Movement.

I started my career with Dillard’s Federal Credit Union on July 16, 1990. My job duties included member services, payroll processing and insurance verification. I was promoted to loan processor in 1993 and then appointed to loan officer in 1997. In 2003, I accepted the position as Assistant Manager, which was later renamed Vice President/COO.

When I am not at the office, I’m enjoying my home life with my husband, son, daughter and other family members.

Having previously been CEO at Fina Employees Federal Credit Union in Plano, Texas for five years, Tammy joined the Dillard’s Federal Credit Union in September of 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Tammy attended Arlington Baptist College in Arlington, TX and Richland Community College in Richardson, TX before graduating from the Southwest CUNA Management School in Denton, TX. She has been in the financial industry for a total of 18 years now, 10 of those years being in the Credit Union industry working in accounting and operations. Born and raised in Exeter, New Hampshire, Tammy has been living in Arkansas now for the past 6 years with her husband and Shi Tzu, “Baby”. Tammy also has two step-daughters, Ashley and Amy, and one daughter, Jenna. Tammy loves animals and the outdoors and in her spare time loves to read, go hiking, white water rafting, and she also loves to travel as well..
