How does Dillard’s Federal Credit Union protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

How does Dillard’s Federal Credit Union collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you: open an account or apply for financing, give us your contact information or give us your wage statements, show us your driver's license. We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies. Dillard's FCU Mobile app and Home Banking collect user ID, device ID, and email address for account purposes only.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only: - sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness , affiliates from using your information to market to you, sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State law and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Request account data removal (Mobile App and Home Banking)

To request user ID, device ID, and email address to be removed from the Dillard's FCU Mobile app and Home Banking visit https://www.mydfcu.com/contact-us to request account data to be removed. Please note that you will lose access to Home and Mobile banking once this data is removed.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Dillard’s Federal Credit Union does not share with our nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include CUNA Mutual Group's MEMBERCONNECT.
