Job Title: Member Services Representative

Location: Dillard’s Federal Credit Union – Little Rock, AR
Reports To: Manager
Employment Type: Part-Time

Position Summary

Dillard’s Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-driven Member Services Representative to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members by providing teller support, responding to member inquiries, and assisting with financial transactions both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in exceeding member expectations and supporting the credit union’s mission to serve with care, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner—both in person and over the phone

  • Perform teller functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with a high degree of accuracy

  • Answer member questions, resolve issues, and provide information on credit union products and services

  • Cross-sell appropriate credit union products and services that meet member needs

  • Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations

  • Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash handling procedures

  • Maintain member confidentiality and data security at all times

  • Assist in a variety of support functions including mail processing and filing

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about products, services, and technology updates

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in banking, customer service, or retail preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Proficient in basic computer applications and eager to learn new systems

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others
